Runs decent, gets good gas mileage, but white smoke coming from exhaust im a little nervous I changed the oil roughly 70 miles ago the car has 170k miles.

Hope that it was just cold and the heat and moisture from the car was causing steam from the colder outside tempature. If you don't live where is cold, it's possible that coolant is being burned up from a leaking head gasket. If this is the case you may want to figure out if it needs to be fixed or where you wan to go from there or else it could cause major damage to the engine.
