My 2005 Tahoe recently ran hot after putting some water in the reservoir about a month or 2 ago and some how some way it had no water… so I got 1 of my mechanics 2 check it out…. He figured I had a leak somewhere so he add pressure 2 it 2 find the leak but nothing… so now we don’t know if it’s a crack head or what…. Any thoughts on what it may be??? 2005 Chevy Tahoe about 250,000 miles

UV dye can be useful in locating difficult-to-find leaks. You might also want to test for a blown head gasket.
