I am in the process of looking to purchase a second vehicle, 2018 Corolla iM with the manual transmission for $20095, are there any issues with the car or engine?

Pretty solid car with the naturally aspirated engine (that has port and direct injection) plus a manual transmission.    You didn’t state the mileage but that price is very high.   I would negotiate a lower price.  Also, make sure a mechanic looks it over before, you can’t trust any seller these days.

The Corolla iM is how the European Toyota Auris was marketed in the US.

It's pretty much just a 2013-2018 generation Corolla with stylistic differences.

The issue however is that the asking price is flat out ridiculous.

It's a manual cheaper Corolla hatch, it's NOT worth that even new.

This car was just $18,850 new so why would you pay so much for it used?

A brand new Corolla is like $21,900 MSRP - just add extra and get a new one!

Also y'know the Auris, as beautiful as it can be, is just not great as a car.

The rear on the hatchback is small, the boot is pretty short, and the manual actually hurts the MPG a bit...

*This is assuming you're talking about USD and are in the US.
