2005 Toyota Camry roaring & clunking

Got 273,000 miles. My cv axles and wheel bearing is starting to get worn. When i make sharp u turns i hear clunking noise coming from the cv axles and also when i drive fast and also do turns i hear whining noise like an airplane noise coming from front wheel bearings. Do i need to change it right away? Can i drive like this for a long time? Or can i live with it? Im a do it yourself type of guy so i can change it if i want to but i dont know if i should.

As long as you jack it up and you don't have any playing the wheels I've seen guys drive them years with roaring wheel bearings

Ok thank you.

Stuff like this I fix right away because I don't really like walking home.

Ok thank you
