Losing oil pressure

I have a 2011 Toyota Tundra 5.7. Had an oil leak and ended up needing a new oil pan. Leak has been fixed for 3 months now. But today I noticed I lost oil pressure again. When the engine is hot, and I come to a stop with it in gear, after a few seconds the oil pressure drops by half way to normal. Out it in park or start driving and it goes to normal. Stop and leave it in gear and the pressure drops and will sometimes spike up and down below the normal threshold until I start driving again.  Not leaking oil, oil level normal. Please tell me it's the oil pressure sending unit and not the cam itself wearing.  I know the oil pump on these is cam driven. Thanks y'all.

Well only way you can really tell is put a pressure gauge on it by removing the oil pressure sending unit but if you don't want to go that far just replace the sending unit and pray it doesn't go down cuz if it does still go down odds are it's worn inside the engine
