Hello I was looking at a 05 Camry 135k miles 5 speed. 2500$ In California
has I m monitor status code red on cat and o2 sensor.
and p0037, p0304,p0171.
or should I look at a 2007 Nissan Sentra 5 speed. 200k miles? For 2000$

I would keep looking. The Camry has oil sludge issues. The Sentra is asking for too much money with over 200k miles.

Maybe 2001-2005 civic?
But I see that they have overheating problems.
Honda's reliability goes back and forth. I would be careful with honda's.

I would keep looking around, Sentra is way too much money considering it has over 200k miles (a pretty good car with a manual but I wouldn't overpay) and I wouldn't put much money into fixing that Camry.
