I have a 2005 Toyota Corolla, 79,000 km, auto. When I turn the air flow and heat to max with the defog on, only the two front windows and the rear window defog, not the two rear passenger windows. And after about 15 minutes the rear window begins to fog again

the rear windows probably don't have vents blowing right at them. Is there anything in the car that might be restricting air flow to them?
the heating elements on rear windows are sometimes on a timer, so you just need to turn it on again.
Is there something in the car that's generating a lot of moisture, like wet work boots, a leaky sunroof etc?
