I have a 2005 Toyota Tacoma that has about 200,000 miles on it. For the past year I’ve had an issue with Cylinder 1 having a misfire. The misfire usually occurs as it accelerates and shakes the vehicle for a couple of seconds, especially as it nears 55 mph.
We’ve troubleshooted by changing coils, spark plugs, but the misfire persists on Cylinder 1. We’re thinking, but aren’t 100% sure, that it could be the head gasket. We aren’t sure if it’s worth the investment since it has 200,000 miles on it.

It could be the fuel injector. Swap it with another one. If that didn't work, you can do the compression test on that cylinder or use the kit for checking the blown head gasket:
