I’m the third owner of a 2005 Toyota Tacoma. It has 141,000 miles and the previous owner told me he never had the transmission serviced and does know if the original owner did. It shifts great and I see no leaks. Should I get an oil change?

If you mean by that changing the ATF, it depends on the fluid condition. In case of burnt dark oil, do not touch it. If this is not the case, just drain and refill it. No flush.
