My truck won’t start sometimes and also sometimes when I step on the gas peddle it will slow down and then launch and there’s this popping noise when I step on it

First start by changing the fuel filter that might fix not that have the fuel pump pressure tested as a week one can do that.if not those you have a mechanic road test it and do an analysis with the scan tool of live and mode six data when he drives it and it starts popping
