Occasionally at neutral throttle, the steering wheel will Twich or stutter to the right. Car would move to the right if wheel not gripped tightly. Have turned off ABS, pulled fuse for ABS, and no cruise control. Was originally at freezing but now at 60 degrees. Always when vacuum would be 0. Like when going down incline and coming off power. If on or off Power, doesn't occur. Steering tack and pulp were replaced some time ago. Manual trans. twitch could over in any gear. Fluid levels check and filled where necessary.
Well it's pulling somewhat to the right. I advise having you alignment check. Now if not that it can be a problem inside the transmission that one side pulls more than the other than it will pull to that side. I have seen that
