2006 5.7L Durango w/150K miles instruments are all over the board when on: Alt (w/voltage reg inside the Alt) tested good but now wont start...thoughts?

Those things tend to be endless electronic money pits as they age but pay a pro Dodge mechanic to check all the modules out they have special scandals do that and pray one got bad
