Hey Scotty, I recently bought a 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona RT with a 5.7 Hemi with 138,00 miles on it, from a private seller. It has started stalling on me & occasionally dies at red lights. There is no check engine light on but it does flash the throttle body light. I replaced the throttle body but still have the issue. When scanned, it shows a U0100 code, losing communication wit PCM. The dealer wants me to bring it in, says it could be a number of things. What do you think? Thank you, Topher2170
Well when I lose communication like that, that means either the computer itself is going bad that the wiring between the computer and the sensors has gone bad or that a sensor somewhere in the system is God bad with shorts the whole system out and causes lack of communication. Good luck on that. Realize often it is the computers on those
The dealer wants you to bring it in so he can rip you off. Find a good, independent mechanic to diagnose the problem.

I'm going to take the PCM out & clean it & the connectors with so.e electrical cleaner to see if that helps. If not, guess I'm gonna buy a new PCM.
