2006 Dodge Durango 4.7 motor has inconsistent miss. Has error code P0303. Changed spark plug and swapped around spark coil. What else could be a problem?

Agree with InThrustWeTrust. I'd do a proper fuel injector cleaning first and if it fixes it (might very well do so), just be prepared to replace injectors later on when it occurs again. And if fuel injector cleaning doesn't help, doesn't mean it isn't the injector... but most likely the problem.

Loose or damaged wires, Fuel injector on #3, low compression on #3. You didn’t mention the mileage.
