2006 Dodge Ram 1500, (160,840 miles) automatic transmission.
My trucks horn won’t stop honking unless I pull the IOS fuse (#11) and take out the keys. The fuse is good tested ohms, not burnt. Battery is 6 years old but keeps a charge but occasionally has corrosion on positive battery post.
why is this happening and how do I fix this?

Have you tested horn switch and its wiring, and the horn relay, for shorts?
