My husband has a 2006 Ford E-250 5.4 l when he tries to crank it it just clicks and clicks the battery is good it's been testing the alternator is good it's been testing the starter has been rebuilt and we are at a l o s s the van has been down for about 2 months or so we have no idea what else to do and he needs the van up and going for work any ideas thank you for your time

Check all your main fuses. Try changing out the starter relay which is really inexpensive. if that doesn't help then it might be the ignition switch.
