How do I fix high idle

My manual ford fiesta suddently started idling high, sometimes it goes away and idles normally. But then when riding when I come to a stop light or press the clutch it keeps idling high (around 1100-1300 rpm's).

I can also "trick it" to idle lower (around 800-900) if I put it in gear and release the clutch a little bit while holding the brakes.

Any ideas? Maybe the idle air control valve?

The first thing I would advise doing is watching my video make your car run better with a little spray cleaner. Often that will fix it and also look for vacuum lights sucking air under the hood
