I have a 2006 Ford Fusion SE 2.3L manual transmission with 243xxx miles. What is your opinion on it? Is it a good car or should I sell it and get something better?

If you can afford it, yes I would.
The Fusion doesn't have much life left in it. Sell it now while it's still running, and the market is good.

I mean if you haven't had any serious issues with it and nothing is currently happening that could be a sign that something is wearing out I would just keep it. If you resell it your not going to get much out of it anyways with have 200,000+ miles on it. Who knowns how much longer that car will last too so it could still last you another 50,000 miles you just don't know.
So I would say keep it forgot that part lol
