Any opinions on this truck? It is in excellent shape from the pics I've seen, it has 111,000 miles and they're asking $11,700...seems kinda high to me. All the reviews I have read are all positive It's a private party sale, looks like he took very good care of it. Thanks
That Ford F-150 is a decent truck. Check with a mechanic to see if it's in good shape. I would ask $10,000 for the truck.
Almost all trucks are expensive for whatever reason. I couldn't tell ya why haha. Pretty sure it's market popularity though. I would ask to see if I can take it to an independent mechanic or better to bring one with you if you got a friend. If they refuse to then they are hiding something. If they allow it and it all checks out. Then it's within price range but I would still try to see if there are any flaws, that way you have some firepower to try and lower the price.
The 2006 Ford F-150 Lariat came with the 3V 5.4L Triton V8. I would not get it because of that engine, unless you are prepared to spend thousands of dollars in the future on a new engine.
