2006 honda civic, side curtain air bag leaks when rain falls hard, how do i fix this?

Check the roof rails. Lift up the trim and you'll see the roof seam. Put a bead of urethane over the entire length on both sides. Do not use silicone! Use windshield urethane.
Well I clean the sun roof drains but i used silicone on the roof rails

Drain holes can become plugged, clean those out and the problems should be gone. It may also be a bad seal in between the window and the roof. As the comment suggests, use windshield urethane.
