Recently I was checking the fuses inside my driver's side door, because my a/c compressor wasnt turning on, so I checked the fuses first, I only pulled one fuse out that was to something with the A/C. Seeing it wasnt blown I put it back in. And checking the other fuses seeing nothing was blown I put the cover back on and didnt think anything of it. Next time I started the car, the ABS and Traction Control light were on. ive owner the car for almost 2 years, and 18k miles and have never had those lights come on. Im wondering where I should start to track down the issue. Im almost positive it isnt mechanical, but electrical..
More than Likely ill leave it to an expert, but want to know if theres anything I can try before dumping more money.

Well sometimes you mess with fuses it will trip codes that don't really have a problem I would advise getting the scan tool and resetting all the codes to zero and if it doesn't come back then just ignore it if it does yeah I see a mechanic those Volkswagens are complex pieces of machinery that require special Volkswagen only computers
