My question is,
Can I flat tow my 2006 Kia Sportage LX 4WD? It has a semi automatic transmission in it.
I enjoy all of your videos on YouTube, they have helped me out of so bad spots.

No, you can not. You may damage the transmission.

Did you check the owner's manual?
Yes I did, it says it can only be towed a short distance, but it needs to be on a flatbed.
There's your answer. To flat-tow a 4WD vehicle without damage it needs to have a truck-type transfer case with a neutral setting that disconnects the transmission from the driveshafts.

If you are looking to tow it behind a motor home, do the right thing and get a 4 wheel trailer for the car.
