Hello I've got a problem a 2006 lexus es330 with transmission issues .....the car revs high when driving but does move fast
And when ever I put the car in reserve it makes a noise like hard shifting

You can try it but it probably won't do any good. A temporary band-aid at best. You can't fix a worn out transmission with magical goop from a can or bottle.
On the other hand if you take the vehicle to a good transmission specialist for diagnosis you may find the problem is being caused by something repairable like solenoids.
After taking my '07 ES350 for transmission service at a Toyota dealer because they are open on Saturdays, the shift from gear 3 to 4 flared- engine raced a few moments then shifted normally the remaining gears. It was shifting fine before this dealer messed it up.
The dealer said it was a defective torque converter cluch. $3k to fix it. A transmission specialty shop wanted $5k to overhaul it or install used one. A member of this site mentioned having BG transmission service done on his car and his tranny issued went away. I asked my favorite shop to perform BG transmission service on my car, the flare problem is gone.
Before spending a small fortune for transmission repair or replcement, try BG transmission service.
