When im driving 0-75 mph range the transmission shifts just fine no lag no nothing. but when i get up to 80mph or higher. The rpms go up and it shifts and jerks my car hard.

Well I would say probably the last overdrive gear is starting to go out might be time to get rid of it because of the transmission goes out they cost a fortune to rebuild
