Is a 2006 lexus is250 with 160,000 miles from the original owner for $6,000 a good deal?

That all depends on how it was maintained. If you have it checked by a mechanic and it passes inspection, I'd go with $4000 for a fair deal. $6000 is a bit high with the mileage it has.
