Scotty hope you can help. I have a 2006 Mazda 3 with transmissions issues. I have to wait 5 minutes for my car to warm up so my transmission doesn’t slip. I added a medic to help the seals to try to fix it without success. It does this in drive and in first and second gear when in manual. I replace the 2 Solenoids for first and second gear and replaced the the oil with Synthetic. I still have the same issue. Scan tool comes up clean. I live in south Florida and this started when it got cooler.

It sure sounds like your transmission is worn out. Was the fluid burnt and/or gritty when you changed it?
Mileage? Was the maintenance schedule followed for fluid and filter changes?
The mileage is 120k and the trans oil was change about 1 year ago and was not burned. We had the car for 4 years with all recommended maintenance.
