I have a 2006 Nissan Quest,3.5 liter V6 with 4 speed automatic transmission.
I put it in reverse and nothing happens. Any suggestions?

You probably need a new transmission.
Other possibilities would include low fluid, bad solenoid (if conventional automatic, not CVT), or shifter out of adjustment.
