So I have an 06 sentra automatic trans (152,000), and every time I try to turn it on it just cranks for a while until it turns on or doesn't then I have to go a second time to turn it on, so I did the tune up I changed my battery even a brand new maf sensor at this point idk what else to do any thoughts ?

What did you do for a "tune up?"
So I changed out the spark plugs the coils that's about it , but I been seeing something about fuel pumps but idk
