2005 Dodge Ram 1500: The ignition lock cylinder or ignition switch?

2005 Dodge Ram 1500. The first issue was drive around, stop, turn off truck, try to restart, click click click...sit for about 15 min and then it will start. Had starter changed. Didnt fix the problem. Checked battery connection and relay...not a problem. Found out if I wiggle the key alot it will eventually start. So do you think this would this be the lock cylinder assembly or the ignition switch? Thanks!
