2018 Frontier 4 cylinder manual transmission - I need to change my starter and I need to know what torque to tighten the starter to.

Check the repair manual for that vehicle at charm.li which might have that information. I've always made the bolts just "good and tight" when replacing starters but a late model vehicle is probably more sensitive than my old clunkers, especially if the bolts thread into aluminum. (All of my vehicles are decades old with cast-iron engines.)
Edit: The charm.li manuals stop at 2013 for the Frontier. A newer one (2016) is available here, which should be close enough to yours to be useful:
