I am looking at a 2015 F150 with the 3.5 eb. 55 000 km only but run time of 10 000 hrs and idle of 7 000 hrs !! Could this have cause any dammage to the turbo. Should I stay away from it, despite the fact that it's well below market price ?
No. Turbochargers require higher RPMs in order to function. High idle hours on a GDI engine means there is likely carbon buildup on the intake valves, though. Carbon buildup isn't easily removed, as fuel injectors don't flow over the intake valves on a Direct injection engine. In order to properly get rid of carbon buildup, you need either a special spray, or blasting with walnut shells.
You might want to reconsider making that purchase. The only things keeping that F-150 from being an absolute dog is it's turbocharged and direct injected. My Ranger has a 3.0L V6 in a compact truck, and it's a dog. That's a full-size truck. As soon as either of those features gives out, it will be a dog.
