Hello Mr.scotty i have a 2018 infiniti qx60 with 153000 miles the trans fluid has never been changed and it has erratic shifting what should i do.

Well, you're kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. If you've never changed the filter and fluid and you change it now, it might even get worse. So it all depends. If you have changed the filter and fluid in the past I would change it again and fray that fixes it. Because those things are notorious for having transmission problems as they age and of changing the fluid does not help. You need to see a pro like me to analyze it to see if there's any codes.
