hi i have a code of p600 and p700 on my 06 subaru tribeca (140miles)with check engine light,abs and brake light on also cruise light is flashing ,tachometer and speedometer not working all other function on instrument panel works fine.my question is are all these related to the codes or they are seperate issues? any help would be appreciated as codes dont say much except communication errors thanks

You may have failed ECM and/or TCM. In order to correctly diagnose it, you need to take the car to a mechanic to scan with a higher level tools so you don't end up throwing parts into this without knowing the exact issue.
