- I have replaced the fuel pump, removed the injectors and cleaned them, replaced map sensor, coolant temp sensor, thermostat, plugs, wires, ignition coil, gas cap. I’m getting good gas pressure and keeping it. A mechanic suggested I clean or replace the injectors but that didn’t help. It’s a 2006 Suzuki Forenza 2.4. It had been throwing misfire codes on cylinders 2 & 4 and a evap leak. Please help, I’m at a dead end. It takes between 30-50 cranks ( turning the key)before it starts.

Do the Compression test.
