I have a 2006 Toyota Sienna with a 3.3l V6 with 140,000 miles. I have a locked up A/C Compressor I'm going to replace with new compressor, condenser and receiver dryer will I also need to change the Expansion valve too? Which is under the dash also I will be flushing out the system to. Thank you

I would do that just to be safe.

You need to replace all parts of the AC system, evaporator as well. When compressors lock up they shed metal debris which lodges all over the place, and parallel-flow components cannot be reliably flushed out.
