My 2006 Toyota Sienna won't accelerate over 3 rpm. I'm in DFW area. Is it transmission?

How long has it been since you changed air filter, fuel filter, and spark plugs? Did you test fuel pressure to see that it's up to specification? Did you scan it for codes and live data?
