2007 3.7 L Jeep Grand Cherokee Multiple Misfire

I was driving for about 400 kilometers my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It has about 183 000 km on the odometer. After the trip when I started the car it was in the idle position and started shaking like there were multiple misfires. I connected my OBD 2 code reader tool and got these faults showing: P0304, P0304 Pd, P0300, P2305, P2311, P0113. I recently changed all the old spark plugs not even one year ago and I noticed some oil on top of the sparkplugs and inside the ignition coil when I changed them especially the last ones that were really hard to get to. I am suspecting it might be a bad ignition coil and ordered new coils and will change all six coils when the parts arrive. Is there anything that I am missing or overlooking? All help is greatly apreciated...

Changed as in you changed the spark plugs? Oil in the spark plugs sockets indicate bad seal between spark plugs and cover. Are they loose? Or too tight perhaps? Oil in coils yeah they need to be replaced. Check gasket. That could cause oil to sleep through. Best to check before replacing and having them coils go bad again.
