how often should i change my transmission fluid on a 2007 toyota 4runner v6 automatic 90,000 miles 4x4

If it hasn't been done since the vehicle was bought, I would do it now, and every 60K miles or so to keep it running smoothly for a long time to come.
Most owners manuals also have recommended service intervals, which you could look at for future reference

No more than every 60k is recommendation though.
The maintenace log above shows every 30k
