Lack of power on highway

I have a 2007 Acura TL Type S with 125,7XX miles and while I was driving in the highway it stopped accelerating and 2 weeks ago my check engine light turned on and off but when I scanned it I got the code P0174 and I don’t know if that has anything to do with it?
