2007 Camry could my cats be clogged?

I’ve got an 07 camry v6 with 175k miles. Had a code for computer processor fault and replaced the downstream 02 sensors. It changed check engine codes and now is saying the New sensors are bad. I replaced them with oem denso ones. That voltage I’m getting is 0.015 to 0.020 on both sensors. Could the cats be clogged? Every so often I also get p0300 random misfire code. Replaced all the coils and spark plugs and the code went away for about 6 months but just came back on. Could it be the upstream sensors?

What are all the codes you’re getting?

Could be any of numerous things first get a pressure gauge see if the cats are clogged if not best to see a mechanic with a scan tool can analyze oxygen sensors without just guess work it's testing the sensors requires a really good mechanic with some really good software and a digital oscilloscope

thanks for the reply. I'm going to get it tested soon
