So last month my fan broke and damaged my radiator. Replaced both parts then kept getting the "engine hot ac off" so we replaced the thermostat, coolant temp sensor. Same issues so we replaced the waterpump and belt. Everything seemed okay. A week after the message came up again "engine hot ac off" been able to drive but no ac. Today the engine overheating again. Replaced the coolant temp sensor and ac started to work again. But the needle moves towards the high area and goes down when I am driving but heats up stopped at a light. I have no idea what else to do
Have you checked to see if your radiator fan is actually turning on?
Yes they both turn on
You've pretty much replaced everything in the system. Radiator, cooling fan, thermostat, ect sensor, water pump, even the belt.
If you are 100% positive that the cooling fan is working on both speeds and operating when the vehicle is overheating during idle, then the only possibility that seems left is you have air pockets in the cooling system.
It may be worth your while to use a Cooling System Vacuum/Refill tool to rule that possibility out. You can find cheap ones for around $35. (you need an air compressor to use them)

Aside from what @jack62 said, you could get a cooling system burp funnel to make sure all the air is out of the system.
Seems like I had a clogged system
So how did you fix it?
I noticed the top thinner hose going back to reservoir was clogged and I flushed it out. But now the tee connecting the hoses to the heater core was brittle and hose broke off during the flush. So now I have that to repair but just seems like a very clogged system
