2007 Corolla on it's sixth battery. Not counting jump starts. This has been happening since it was new. Dealer and others say everything checks out fine...

Have you done any testing? Are the battery terminal clamps tight? Does it die after sitting for a while or does it die while driving? Many possibilities here.

Yeah, electrical issue are a pain, I would start with, any aftermarket electrical installed even at dealer new. In dark garage see if any lights are on, glove box, or shorted door switches. Simple stuff, then on battery post u need voltage meter.(remove ) With everything off. Pull fuses one at a time, see it there is effect on meter. If so that circuit that may be issue, search everything on it.
