I'm looking at a 2007 Dodge Truck 2500 SLT Megacab 2x4. 6.7L Cummins engine with 6 speed automatic transmission. It looks in good shape from the pictures. Should I run away or is it a possibly a good buy since its a Cummins engine. I get confused which 6.7L to avoid

Keep in mind that you need an overall dependable truck (not just the engine) especially for heavy work truck. With that being said, the Dodges generally have electronic issues and since almost everything is electronic, you should consider this factor seriously.
