Scotty, I have a 2007 Ford E450 with 6.8 V10 engine. It has only 12900 miles on it. The engine starts fine and idles okay. I have had a problem over the last year.  It starts going lean in both banks. I have a Blue driver OBD2 which coded a circuit to the fuel rail pressure sensor range performance P0191, P2195 and P2197 oxygen sensors.  So I replaced all with Motorcraft pressure sensor and Bosch OW sensors. Had the fuel tank cleaned and fuel filter.  Went on trip now I get rail sensor PO191 replaced sensor again still the same thing check plugs and wiring all good. But also getting P0174 codes too lean. Last chance getting new Ford fuel pump assembly installed. Goes lean under load. No other engine codes. No misfires reported or vacuum leaks. What do ya think? Only 12000 miles. Pulling my hair out. Haha!

Measure your fuel pressure

Thank you in process. Research has convinced me and my mechanic that the fuel pump is the issue. It was replaced once before by the prior owner but it appears it maybe the wrong pump as there are two motorcraft pumps depends on tank position I have the aft axel tank not the mid ships tank so it has greater distance to pump the fuel. Crossing my fingers. :beg: {black}
