Hey Scotty love your show I am a Navy mechanic and have been working on cars since I was a kid. My first question is that I went to fill up my wife's Freestyle the other day and the pump kept clicking off I know this usually means the evap canister is toast could it be something else on this car? Second Question is I am in the process of replacing her shocks I spent close to 8 HRs today doing the driving side rear with lots of stressful and sketchy situations compressing the spring and getting the new KYB shock in (glad I watched your video where you answered the question about Monroe shocks before ordering the parts because I almost went that way seeing as my father told me they were top of the line back in the day) do you have any tips or tricks on how to get the rear shocks in safely and properly. The fronts seem pretty straight forward. Thank you so much for taking time to answer these questions I appreciate any help you can provide. Have a great day.

For the evap - https://youtu.be/B7EcWwlhzBM

Sample video for the rear struts - https://youtu.be/hWoOPI_xsIw

Thank you Scotty for the fast reply on my questions I will trying out the air trick for the evap system. As for the strut question unfortunately the way ford designed the freestyle AWD version any way the strut mount is sandwiched up in the body and the doing like in the video is not practical. How ever that is exactly what I will be doing for the front. I was mainly curious if you had seen these particular cars and had a tip on doing it if not that's fine too I understand that the likely hood of you having worked on every car ever made is low hahahaha. But again I do appreciate any help you have to offer and if not I appreciate the time anyway. Have a great day and Thanks again.

This might help thank you I will see if works for the AWD drive as well
