I've got a 2007 Ford Mustang with 69,000 original miles on it. I was wondering if I should change the spark plugs and transmission fluid assuming that neither has been changed.

What guidance does your owner’s manual provide on either?

I would go ahead and just change both of them just because you don't know when it was changed last. Change them now so you know they are new.
