Range rover Evoque creaking sound from wheel

Hi Scotty,

I have a 2012 automatic 2.2L diesel range rover Evoque. Its done 60000 miles. Since a few weeks a creaking, squeaking sound is coming from the left rear wheel. I've had it checked by local mechanics who can't find a fault, the sound starts only after I drive it for about 20-30 mins at about 40 mph but then persists even if I park the car and drive again. I've had new brakes put in after the sound started because a local mechanic thought the brakes were corroded. I thought it was a wheel bearing but the other mechanics disagree. Could it be the back plate scraping the rotor? I uploaded it on YouTube:

Does the noise change if you speed up or slow down? You should pinpoint the noise first, Jack up the car and inspect the brakes and wheel bearing.

Yes sounds like riffling a pack of cards at higher speed. The recording is in a underground garage when I was going slow. Sometimes when it's raining you can't hear it well but comes back later.
