2007 Honda Accord running slightly rich

Hi Scotty. I have a 2007 Honda Accord 2.4 5 speed manual. It has about 111k miles. I have 3 concerns.

1. The fuel trims are both in the negatives like around -7%... what could be the cause? I know this car has a brand new aftermarket catalytic converter and brand new OEM oxygen sensors. No check engine light or codes.

2. The front dome lights work when you push on them but does not come on when the door is opened... only the door light is on. I have played with the door/off switch selection on the light but makes no difference. What would you suggest for fixing this?

3. When reving up to 3500+, when you let off and the RPMs drop, there's a noise that's hard to describe. It's like a little grinding noise but only happens for like a second or so. Would this be timing chain or something in the VVT or....?

Thank you in advance.

Nick

Make a video on YouTube and post URL here and I will listen. But running rich on those are often either a bad mass airflow sensor or fuel injectors that need cleaning
