Which OBD2 scanner should I buy for <$130?

What is a good OBD2 scanner not costing more than $130. Just want something reliable that gives updates to keep it current.

You might consider an Innova 3100RS. They're $130 on Amazon right now. I bought mine for $100 on sale at AutoZone. I'm not sure about "updating", that seems like it would be a feature well above that price range, at least for an entire tool, not a plug-in dongle.

I have a blue driver and I like it. I got mine on Amazon.
