Good day all. 2007 Honda Civic si, Long story short my friend tried to by pass his radiator and condenser fans. Now his power windows don't work l. I used my test light to check the power window fuses under the dashboard fuse box with the ignition on and had no power. I pulled the fuses and they were both okay. I hear no clicks or noise when I try pressing the window switch. What other things could I check?

I'd jump some power to the power window fuse to see if the problem is electrically downstream of the fuse - switch, motor, ground. If it's "upstream" it's either a relay or the wiring, or the body control computer/module has been damaged. Get a wiring diagram and go link by link.
